POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
The guest is responsible for payment for the entire reservation (all
nights) unless cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to
the arrival date (unless we are able to re-rent the room(s).
Early Departures
Full amount of confirmed reservation is due should you find it necessary
to depart early.
Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
Please check in at the office located on the first floor of the Lighthouse.
Please let us know if you will arrive later than 9:00 p.m.
Payment Information
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal
checks.
Pet Etiquette
We are happy to accommodate your pet while you travel. Pets are welcome
for an additional $10 per night in nine of our rooms. (Please visit
Rooms page, and click to view individual
room details for more information.) Below are some tips and expectations
we have for your furry family member:
1. Make sure your pet is clean and well-groomed before leaving home.
2. Please bring their favorite blanket to sit/sleep on; also their leash, favorite toy, bowls and food.
3. Pets should be under your control at all times —this includes those of all sizes, shapes and temperaments:> Pets must not be left alone in your room.
> When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times.
> Barking dogs will not be allowed to continue to bark and disturb other guests.4. Please keep your pet off of the furniture in your room, including the bed and bed covers.
5. Please be “pooper scooper” friendly and walk your pet away from high traffic areas. You can dispose of your pet’s waste in the large dumpster by the Lighthouse.
6. If any pet accidents occur, please let the Innkeeper know as soon as possible.
