POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
The guest is responsible for payment for the entire reservation (all
nights) unless cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to
the arrival date (unless we are able to re-rent the room(s).
Early Departures
Full amount of confirmed reservation is due should you find it necessary
to depart early.
Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
The office closes at 9:00 p.m. If you will be arriving later than 9:00 p.m., please call in advance to make check-in arrangements.
Payment Information
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal
checks.
Dog Etiquette (No cats please)
We are happy to accommodate your dog while you travel. Your dog is welcome in our
double Queen Suites and Cottages (and Loft) for an additional $10 per night per
dog with a 2 dog maximum. Below are some tips and expectations we have for your
furry family member:
1. Make sure your pet is clean and well-groomed before leaving home.
2. Please bring their favorite blanket to sleep on; also their leash, favorite toy, bowls and food.
3. Dogs should be under your control at all times —this includes those of all sizes, shapes and temperaments:
4. Dogs cannot be left alone in your room under any circumstances — not eve in a crate. There are no exceptions (At breakfast you can put your pet in your car, eat separately, eat outside or take a food tray to your room).
5. When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times.
6. Barking dogs will not be allowed to continue to bark nad disturb other guests.
7. Please keep your dog off of the furniture in your room including the bed and bed covers.
8. Please be “pooper scooper” friendly and walk your pet away from high traffic areas. You can dispose of your pet’s waste in the large dumpster by the Lighthouse.
9. If any pet accidents occur, please let the Innkeeper know as soon as possible.
10. You will be financially responsible for any damage your pet may cause.
